On the 26th February 2007, RBKC Mayor, Cllr. Tim Ahern presented the award to Monique Klang-Voves for her voluntary work and role as founder & chair of the K&C Mental Health Carers Association. Mental health carers celebrated after the ceremony at a reception in the Mayor's Parlour.
