We appreciate you providing the specifics of the Kensington and Chelsea Mental Health Carers Association (K&C MH Carers) Town Hall meeting scheduled for October 18, 2012. Such projects aiming at incorporating caretakers in the assessment and enhancement of mental health services are admirable.

Particularly creatively original is the idea of the "Carers Mystery Shopping Project". Recruitment of carers to evaluate their experiences with community and inpatient mental health services not only empowers them but also offers priceless information on the quality of treatment received. This method promotes a cooperative atmosphere whereby suppliers and service consumers may cooperate to improve the quality of services.
