Become a Mystery Shopper for your mental health service provider. Chris Bumstead, Head of Patients and Public Involvement from the CNWL NHS Foundation Trust and Shalinie Tawarie will present the Carers Mystery Shopping Project and are hoping to recruit participants from Kensington and Chelsea to a Trustwide initiative to capture the experiences of carers in the contacts with community and inpatient mental health services of the Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
